Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 1, 2026
Information collected
Depending on your use, CloudJinix may process account/contact details,
billing and invoice records, transaction references, wallet entries,
service configuration, domain names, resource usage, support messages,
login/security logs, IP address and browser/device information. Hosted
content may include personal data that the customer is responsible for.
Payment providers and registrars may return transaction or registration
information needed to provide the service.
Purposes
We use information to create accounts, provision services, process
payments, issue invoices, manage renewals, provide support, prevent
fraud/abuse, troubleshoot incidents, secure infrastructure, maintain
backups where enabled, comply with law and enforce policies.
Sharing
Information may be shared with infrastructure/data-centre providers,
payment processors, domain registrars, DNS/CDN services, email providers
and security/support vendors to deliver the requested service. It may be
disclosed when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect
people, customers or infrastructure.
Customer content
Customers are responsible for the legality of their hosted content and
for providing appropriate notices/permissions when collecting data from
their own users. CloudJinix access to hosted content should be limited
to what is reasonably necessary for support, maintenance, security,
abuse investigation or legal compliance, subject to applicable law and
access controls.
Retention and security
Information is retained as needed for service delivery, financial
records, dispute resolution, fraud prevention and legal compliance.
Configure actual periods before publication:
`[ADMIN: account/billing/log/support/backups/terminated-service retention]`.
Reasonable security controls may include access restrictions,
authentication, logs and network protection, but no online service can
guarantee absolute security. Keep strong credentials and independent
backups.
International processing, cookies and rights
Some providers may process information outside Bangladesh. List actual
regions and safeguards here:
`[ADMIN: processing regions and safeguards]`. Essential cookies may
support login, security and language settings; disclose actual
analytics/marketing cookies and consent controls:
`[ADMIN: cookie/analytics list]`. Requests to access, correct or delete
personal information may be sent to support@jinix.cloud, subject to
identity verification, legal retention and operational needs. Closing an
account does not necessarily erase all records immediately.
Children and changes
The service is not intended for anyone unable to legally agree to the
applicable terms. Contact support if you believe a child provided
information improperly. Policy changes will show an updated effective
date; material changes will be notified or re-accepted where required.
