Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, the store owner is

the seller and is responsible for product descriptions, prices, stock,

taxes, shipping, returns, warranties, consumer-law compliance, order

fulfilment and buyer support. Merchants must have rights to their

photos, text and trademarks and must not sell unlawful/counterfeit goods

or misuse buyer data. Courier booking, tracking and payment integrations

depend on third parties and do not guarantee delivery or settlement.

Store owners must keep order/payment status accurate and protect

customer data.
